Analysing the Teacher Attitude Towards Profession of Teaching with Respect to Demographic Variables

This study aims to investigate and explore primary teachers’ attitude towards teaching profession to specific demographic variables relation. Using a random selection process, for study the researchers selected eight elementary schools from Aligarh district in which four were government and four were private. In this paper the collection of data through randomly selected of 93 teachers (65 Female and 28 Male) from government schools and 72 teachers (47 Females and 25 Male) from private schools were selected. In this paper the tool used is the Teacher Attitude Inventory for collecting data. The data analysis by t-tests, mean, and standard deviation techniques. The results shows that primary school teachers at government and private schools have somewhat different opinions and views about their careers, with teachers at government schools having a more positive attitude than those at private schools.
