Happiness is a major goal of life. We do each and everything to be happy. Aging is an inevitable process of everyone’s life. With increasing age physical capabilities also deteriorate. Many people think we have spent the major portion of our life, what we have to do in the old age. Let it be spent as it is going. Many people feel unhappy health-wise and security wise, after sixty years of age, owing to the diminishing importance given to them and their opinions. But, it need not to be so, life can begin at the age of sixty, if only we understand the basic principles of life and follow them scrupulously. Some suggestions are given at the full length of this paper to age gracefully and make life pleasant and meaningful after sixty years of age.
