Yoga attitude, also referred to as a yogic attitude or mindset, encompasses a set of principles and approaches that individuals practicing yoga cultivate to enhance their overall well-being and spiritual growth. While there isn't a single, universally defined "yoga attitude," there are several key elements that are commonly associated with the yogic mindset. The prime aim of the study was to explore Yoga Attitude among Type of Gender and Types of Area. All this information was selected by purposive sampling according to Yoga Attitude Scale. The Yoga Attitude Scale developed by Muchhal (2008). Test results of a study carried out on a sample of Type of Gender included 18 Male Students and 20 Female Students. Type of Area included 19 Urban and 19 Rural Area Students in kadi taluka’s College, district of Mahesana were used to describe the interpretation of research results using the Mann-Whitney U test. The difference between types of Gender and difference between types of Area are not significant.
