This study explores the relationship between physical activity patterns and psychological health among pregnant women in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, with a sample size of 75 participants. Inspired by the Tapovan Kendra initiative of Children's Research University, which provides holistic care for pregnant women from conception through childbirth and beyond, this research identifies activity levels, types, and their impact on psychological well-being. Results reveal significant correlations between moderate physical activity and improved psychological health, including reduced anxiety and enhanced mood. This study emphasizes the importance of structured physical activity programs tailored to the needs of pregnant women to ensure both maternal and fetal health.
