The research paper on the "Impact of Working Mothers on Child Socialization" intended to confirm and explain how working mothers handle and look after their children and whether there is an impact on the socialization of the child. It is observed that the process of child socialization does not take place as expected in families where both parents are working. Parents' investment of time with their children adds a great impact on the socialization of the child. Hence, the study is to explore 'how far' the development of child socialization takes place in those families where mothers remain out of the home for various work.
